How to secure a booking?
All bookings require a 50% deposit.
The deposit may be via credit card or direct bank deposit.
Credit card details can be forwarded either via email (as we do not have a secure site we recommend you send details in 2 separate emails.) or phone 61 2 49 821 921 or fax to 61 2 49 821 921. SMS details can be sent to 0409 327 502 or

If you would like to do a bank deposit (within Australia only) then email us and we will forward our bank account details.
Once the deposit has been processed a confirmation letter will be forwarded to the email or address provided.
More then 21 days prior to arrival - deposit refunded less a $25 cancellation fee.
21 to 7 days prior to arrival - deposit refund is subject to our re-letting the confirmed accommodation less a $25 cancellation fee.
Less then 7 days to arrival - no refund of deposit. 1st nights accommodation will be processed in the event of a no show
